Dr. Toba is doubly certified by the UK General Medical Council and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) in both Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
His tenure in the UAE includes significant experience on a Patient Safety and Quality Subcommittee and as a leading physician for the Joint Commission International (JCI) Care of the Patient Chapter, focusing on enhancing patient care quality.
