Reflux – von der Diagnose zur dauerhaften Lösung

Als Leiter des Refluxzentrums an der Privatklinik Döbling gehört Dr. Winkler zu den

erfahrensten Reflux-Spezialisten Wiens. Über 40 % der Bevölkerung leiden an Reflux

(GERD) – viele davon jahrelang unzureichend behandelt, weil Säureblocker zwar Symptome

lindern, den Rückfluss selbst aber nicht stoppen. Unbehandelt drohen ernsthafte Folgen:

Barrett-Ösophagus, Speiseröhrenentzündung und im schlimmsten Fall Speiseröhrenkrebs.

Manometrie, Videokinematographie und Gastroskopie – sowie die einzige kausale Therapie:

die Fundoplikatio. Dieser Eingriff verschließt den Zwerchfellbruch und rekonstruiert den

Verschlussapparat zwischen Magen und Speiseröhre dauerhaft – mit einer Erfolgsrate von

über 90 %, ausschließlich mit körpereigenem Material und bevorzugt roboter-assistiert mit

dem Da Vinci® Xi.

Auch stiller Reflux – ohne Sodbrennen, aber mit Halsschmerzen, chronischem Husten,

Heiserkeit oder Räusperzwang – wird von Dr. Winkler gezielt abgeklärt und behandelt.

Darmchirurgie – präzise, schonend, onkologisch sicher

Darmkrebs ist in Westeuropa die zweithäufigste Krebstodesursache. Dr. Winkler operiert

Erkrankungen des Dick- und Mastdarms – von Divertikulitis über chronisch entzündliche

Darmerkrankungen bis hin zum kolorektalen Karzinom – minimal-invasiv und roboter-

assistiert. Der Da Vinci® Xi ermöglicht dabei eine präzise Resektion mit dreidimensionaler

4K-Visualisierung, geringerer Belastung für den Patienten und schnellerer Genesung.

Ergänzend bietet Dr. Winkler Darmspiegelungen (Koloskopie) zur Vorsorge und Diagnostik

an – schmerzfrei in Sedierung, mit modernsten HD-Geräten und direkter Polypenabtragung.
