Ms Sue Camp
Nutrition
About
Her journey into nutrition was inspired by her passion for health and vitality, which first took shape through founding a pioneering health-focused café in Windhoek, Namibia. This experience deepened her interest in the connection between diet and well-being. It prompted her to pursue advanced studies in nutrition. Sue holds an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and is a certified practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Sue’s approach is rooted in functional medicine principles, which emphasise understanding the body as an interconnected system. She combines evidence-based nutrition strategies, laboratory testing, and neuro-linguistic programming techniques to create plans that fit her clients’ unique goals, lifestyles, and budgets.
She is also skilled in managing Type-2 Diabetes, improving energy levels, and enhancing immunity. A sports enthusiast herself, Sue has also explored the impact of nutrition on athletic performance in her MSc thesis. Sue empowers her clients to achieve long-term health and vitality.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
