As Carl Jung once said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate,” and through this process, Sarah empowers clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and make more positive choices in their lives.

Sarah has completed a MSc in Art Psychotherapy with adolesecnts and holds a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling with Art Therapy. She is a member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and has a certificate in Choice Theory/Reality Therapy from William Glasser International (2023).

Sarah has expertise in a variety of areas including anxiety, school refusal, social anxiety, low motivation, bereavement, chronic illness, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harming, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma, PTSD, and women's issues.
