Ms Sara Abdelghany is an experienced Lebanese-Canadian Clinical Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 10 years of professional experience. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon in 2010.
Sara is a licensed Clinical Dietitian in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai. Before relocating to Dubai in 2015, she dedicated over five years to serving as a Clinical Dietitian in Beirut and Riyadh, where she provided invaluable guidance to numerous clients grappling with nutrition-related conditions.
Sara has clinical expertise in a range of nutritional issues, including obesity, PCOS, diabetes, gestational diabetes and gastrointestinal diseases. She also has special interests in weight management, bariatric surgeries, behavioural and lifestyle modification, diabetes management, IBS and FODMAP management and education, child nutrition, pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as therapeutic disease management.
Driven by a passion for building healthier lifestyles, Sara believes that everyone can achieve optimal wellbeing by incorporating wholesome, delicious foods and enjoyable exercise into their busy lives. Acknowledging the challenges individuals may face in this process, she is dedicated to offering her expertise and support to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
