Sie kümmert sich um das gesamte Spektrum der Haartechniken, besonders jedoch um die Haarintegration. Ihr Spezialgebiet ist permanenten Zweithaartechnik. 2022 übernahm sie den praktischen Bereich des Unternehmens, Frau Köpke ist Vertretung der Geschäftsführung und Prokuristin. Zudem übernimmt sie die Personalleitung und die Weiterbildung zu Zweithaartechnikern der neuen Mitarbeiter.
