Dr Sabeen Adil is a General Practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with 11 years of experience as a Lactation Consultant. She is based in Dubai and currently sees patients at King's College Hospital London Dubai. Dr Adil is also the Founder of Cuddles Lactation Services in Pakistan, the first specialist lactation clinic in Pakistan.
Dr Adil completed her medical degree at Rawalpindi Medical College, Pakistan in 2005. Her passion to fill the void of accessible breastfeeding support and services in Pakistan led her to develop her expertise in the lactation profession and skilled lactation care. In 2011 she became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Following this she founded Cuddles Lactation Services in Pakistan and also provided both in-patient and outpatient support services at South City Hospital in Pakistan. Alongside this clinical work, Dr Adil joined the International Lactation Consultant Association and was soon elected as Board of Directors, eventually serving as President of the association for over a year. This position involved advocating for lactation and breastfeeding awareness, often in collaboration with WHO, UNICEF and other global organisations.
