He also gained experience at Birmingham Children's Hospital, Alderhey Children's Hospital, Liverpool and Manchester Children's Hospital, where he developed his expertise in gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition (PGHAN).
Following this, he joined Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital, providing PGHAN services and leading on inflammatory bowel disease, complex enteral nutrition, polyposis, and hepatology services. He later returned to Nottingham Children's Hospital, where he now provides tertiary paediatric gastroenterology services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
He is a member of a number of professional organisations, including the British Association of Study Liver Disease (BASL), the British Association of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (BAPEN), and the British Society of Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (BSPGHAN).
