About Dr Dr Rose Trieu
Dr Rose Trieu is a Gastroenterologist based in Sydney. Dr Trieu is passionate about optimising the care they provide to their patients and endeavours to tailor their practice to the individual patient. Dr Trieu completed their physician training at Westmead Hospital, where they continued on to finish their specialist gastroenterology training. They undertook several years of additional fellowship training in gastrointestinal motility disorders in the renowned Neurogastroenterology Unit at Royal North Shore Hospital. Dr Trieu is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Dr Trieu's practice encompasses all aspects of gastroenterology and liver disease. They have a special interest in functional gut disorders. Dr Trieu has been trained in both oesophageal and anorectal manometry, procedures that assist in the diagnosis of such conditions. Dr Trieu has publications in the field of lower gastrointestinal dysmotility that have been presented at international conferences and continues to be actively involved in research within this field.
