Dr Ric spent nearly a decade working in London hospitals, gaining extensive expertise in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) medicine, and earning a diploma in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. With over 13 years of experience as a GP, he brings a holistic and patient-centred approach to modern healthcare.

At Thyme, Dr Ric leads a mission to help individuals live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. The clinic offers a wide range of services, including comprehensive health checks, private GP consultations, women’s health support, blood testing (both in-clinic and at-home kits), weight loss programmes, Trucheck cancer screening, and gut and nutrition assessments.
