He then proceeded to complete medical Royal College examinations (MRCS) and progressed into a comprehensive five-year higher surgical training programme in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery within the Kent, Surrey and Sussex deanery. Through this training, he gained broad experience in dentoalveolar surgery, head and neck cancer surgery, salivary gland surgery, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma management, and the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer involving the face.
He achieved the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh after completing the Surgical Exit Examination and receiving the Certificate of Completion of Training. His senior training and dual clinical background led to his appointment as a Consultant Head and Neck Surgeon in East Kent, where he provides specialist care for a wide range of maxillofacial and oncological conditions.
