About
Prof. Page's interests include deformity correction, non-union, bone infection and complex periarticular trauma. He is also a keen clinical academic - having undertaken a doctoral research degree whilst in full-time training, he is now an Honorary Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences at Swansea University. He is the Principal Investigator on several large studies being recruited to at SBUHB and is research-active in his field.
In addition to his clinical and academic practice, Piers has a busy medicolegal practice with a focus on complex injury and clinical negligence. He attained his LLM from the University of Dundee, and was awarded the Diploma of Legal Medicine with Distinction by the Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine.
Piers believes strongly in a patient-centred approach, sharing the decision-making and ensuring the best possible patient experience throughout their journey of surgery and recovery.
