Parallel übernahm er leitende Funktionen innerhalb spezialisierter chirurgischer Bereiche, unter anderem im Bereich der rekonstruktiven Brustchirurgie.
In seiner heutigen Praxistätigkeit bietet Dr. Behrendt ein breites Spektrum plastisch-chirurgischer Eingriffe an. Dazu gehören operative Behandlungen im Bereich der Brust, des Gesichts und des Körpers. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt seiner Arbeit liegt in der rekonstruktiven Brustchirurgie, insbesondere nach Tumorerkrankungen, basierend auf seiner langjährigen klinischen Erfahrung im Brustzentrum. Ergänzend führt er ästhetisch-plastische Eingriffe wie Lidstraffungen und körperformende Operationen durch.
Dr. Behrendt legt Wert auf eine strukturierte präoperative Beratung, eine sorgfältige Indikationsstellung sowie eine individuelle Therapieplanung. Operative Eingriffe werden abhängig vom Verfahren teilweise in Kooperation mit externen Kliniken durchgeführt. Die Nachsorge ist Bestandteil seines Behandlungskonzepts.
