Dr. Peter holds a Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery (PhD) from Spain. He obtained his Medical Doctor Degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and is European Board Certified in Otorhinolaryngology. He is also recognized as a Sleep Specialist by the Spanish Sleep Society and the European Sleep Research Society.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Peter is actively involved in research and education, having published numerous studies and serving as Chairman of Courses on Sleep Apnea Surgery in Spain and Italy. He also serves as a Principal Investigator in recent projects at the University of Navarra.
