Anschließend arbeitete er mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in Wien, bevor er eine Zusatzausbildung in Lebensberatung, Sozialberatung und psychologischer Beratung abschloss. Die Arbeit mit Menschen unterschiedlichen Alters in sozialen und psychologischen Bereichen prägt und fasziniert ihn bis heute. Herr Thiemer bietet sowohl persönliche als auch Online-Beratungseinheiten und Coaching-Einheiten an. Seine Freizeit verbringt er gerne in der Natur, am liebsten mit seiner Familie und Freunden. Seine Verbundenheit mit der lateinamerikanischen Kultur, insbesondere der mexikanischen, pflegt er durch regelmäßige Reisen.
