Mr. Bailey is a Consultant Orthopaedic Knee Surgeon with extensive expertise in sports knee injuries and advanced treatments for both early and late knee arthritis. He earned his medical degree with honours from the University of Glasgow and later completed a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of Bath. After eight years of orthopaedic specialty training in the West of Scotland, he pursued further subspecialty fellowships in soft tissue knee reconstruction and complex knee trauma at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital and Birmingham's Military Level 1 Trauma Centre.

Mr. Bailey specialises in knee preservation surgery, keyhole soft tissue knee reconstruction, patella instability, knee replacement surgery, and complex knee trauma. He also plays a significant role in teaching and education, leading courses, conferences, and registrar teaching programs.
