Physiotherapy
About
Over the years, Nina has developed a particular interest in hands-on soft tissue therapy and myofascial release, using these skills to help clients restore optimal movement. She combines these techniques with personalised strength and balance programmes designed to enhance function, confidence and long-term wellbeing.
Nina has extensive experience supporting people with chronic pain and long-term health conditions, having spent eight years as the Senior Specialist Physiotherapist in the RUH Pain Clinic. She is deeply committed to understanding each client’s individual needs and works collaboratively to create self-management strategies that empower them in their recovery. Her approach is strongly team-based, regularly collaborating with anaesthetists, orthopaedic surgeons, psychologists, dietitians, personal trainers, massage therapists and occupational therapists to ensure truly holistic care.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
