With a background in design, Nikki brings creativity, strong research skills and a natural ability to find effective solutions for her patients.
Since joining the team, Nikki has never looked back. She thoroughly enjoys meeting new people, supporting them through their hearing journey, and experiencing the satisfaction of making a real difference in their day-to-day lives. She describes her role as both rewarding and energising, and she is deeply committed to providing exceptional care, an approach that aligns closely with Regain Hearing’s core values.
Nikki studied at the Mary Hare School of Audiology, where she earned her Hearing Care Assistant qualification. She is currently continuing her professional development at university, working towards becoming a fully qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser.
