Welcome! I am a Counselling Psychologist and an accredited member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HPCP). I offer online, high-quality therapeutic sessions for a range of common emotional concerns with kindness, compassion and respect.

Over the years, I have supported adults suffering from a range of psychological difficulties to explore recurring patterns and feelings that lead to emotional distress, learn to treat themselves with compassion, build resilience, and find inner peace.
