About Mrs Sidra Chaudhry
Mrs Sidra Chaudhry is a fully qualified and experienced multilingual Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist. They are fully registered with the HCPC and BPS and a registered member of the BACP (MBACP). They utilise an integrative approach to therapy, meaning they are trained in a variety of therapeutic methods. This allows them to tailor their approach to each individual client's needs and preferences. Some of the approaches they are trained in include psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioural therapy (REBT), humanistic therapy, existential-phenomenological therapy, and the multi-model approach. In addition to traditional talk therapy, Mrs Chaudhry also incorporates various exercises into their practice. These may include relaxation techniques, guided imagery, and progressive muscle relaxation techniques. They have experience working with a wide range of mental and physical health concerns.
