About Mr Gavin Macpherson
Mr. Gavin Macpherson is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special focus on hip and knee surgery. His expertise spans hip and knee replacements, including robotic-assisted surgeries, and knee arthroscopy for soft tissue injuries such as meniscal tears. Mr. Macpherson trained in Edinburgh before further advancing his skills with fellowship training in joint replacement, lower limb realignment, and sports knee surgery in Sydney, Australia. His clinical work includes a variety of treatments, such as hip replacement, knee replacement, and patellofemoral replacement. He also performs robotic-assisted surgeries and offers fixed-price packages for hip and knee replacements at Spire Edinburgh Hospitals (Murrayfield and Shawfair Park).
