He subsequently completed a prestigious shoulder and elbow fellowship at the internationally renowned Wrightington Hospital, recognised globally for orthopaedic excellence.
He has further enhanced his expertise through specialist training visits to leading orthopaedic centres in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain. Alongside his clinical practice, Mr Griffiths is actively involved in surgical education and mentoring. He serves as an educational supervisor for higher surgical trainees within the East Anglian Orthopaedic rotation and also mentors trainees through the Eastern Deanery and University of East Anglia Medical School.
