He is also diagnosing a wide range of both adult and paediatric ENT conditions such as tonsillitis, OSA, rhintitis, rhinosinusitis, otitis externa and performs surgeries such as adenotonsillectomy, grommets, endoscopic sinus surgeries and microsuctioning of ears. 

Mr Joshi has extensive training and fellowship programme in facial plastic surgery in London (UK), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Seoul (south korea) and Miami (USA). 

His areas of research includes all aspects of facial plastic surgeries such as rhinoplasty, otoplasty and skin cancer reconstruction. He has widely published in international peer reviewed journals. 

Mr Joshi is the Media director and Executive Board member of European Academy of facial plastic surgery and has served as the secretary for the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery. 

Mr Joshi is frequently invited to different parts of the world as a guest speaker in his specialised field of work and has recently been invited to Italy, France, Turkey, Colombia, Argentina, India, Chile and Ireland to talk about his surgical techniques.
