About
Dr Al-Agha has a particular focus on advanced surgical techniques, including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures. His areas of interest extend to the management of complex gynaecological conditions such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and ovarian tumours. He also provides expert care in urogynecology, addressing issues of urinary incontinence, and offers support for menstrual problems and infertility.
He earned his primary medical qualification from the University of Baghdad in 1999 and completed his postgraduate specialty training in Iraq. Dr Al-Agha holds a Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) from the UK (2011) and has undertaken numerous advanced training programmes. His further qualifications include a German Diploma in advanced minimal access surgery (2022) and a Certificate of Completion of Specialty Training in the UK (2016).
