Miss Kazal Omar is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Obstetrician at King's College, Princess Royal University Hospital, and South London Healthcare Trust, where she works as a lead for oncology gynaecology and a member of the laparoscopic team. She trained in ultrasound for gynaecology and obstetrics in the London area, as well as in the management of urogynaecology in Liège. Miss Kazal Omar performs both elective and emergency gynaecology surgery, including laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy and ovarian cyst complications. Miss Omar provides conservative and surgical management for uterovaginal prolapse (refashioning of the perineum and vulval deformity), heavy period and multiple uterine fibroids.
Miss Omar has received numerous awards for teaching, being awarded as a best teacher for kings college medical school, as well as for her training in gynaecological ultrasound.
