He has an impressive background, including his work as a Trauma Surgeon at St.Vincenz Hospital and Lennep Hospital in Germany, and as a Consultant Trauma Surgeon and Acting Head of Trauma Unit at Rashid Hospital in the UAE. He was presented with a Service Excellence Award in 2005 by DOHMS for his contributions to the field. He gained further experience in Orthopaedic surgery at Emirates Hospital and has also served as the Head of Orthopaedic Department.
Dr. Marwan is an active member of several international professional associations such as the Arthroscopy Association and AO/ASIF Association for Internal Fixation in Switzerland, AerzteKammer Medical Association in Germany, and the Emirates Medical Association (EMA) in the UAE.
