Dr Remer completed their medical training, earning a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) degree. They hold a Pharmacology BSc and a PhD in Cancer Immunotherapy. They are also a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP). Dr Remer is a respected member of several professional organisations, including the British Thoracic Oncology Group (BTOG), the UK Breast Cancer Group (UKBCG), the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO), and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
