Vor der Gründung seiner eigenen Praxis arbeitete Dr. Weihrauch eng mit Dr. med. Dirk F. Richter zusammen, dem damaligen Präsidenten der International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). Von ihm erhielt er eine fundierte Ausbildung insbesondere in der ästhetischen Gesichts- und Brustchirurgie.

Als engagierter Spezialist nimmt Dr. Weihrauch regelmäßig an nationalen und internationalen Fortbildungen und Kongressen teil und gibt sein Wissen im Rahmen von Weiterbildungen an Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiter.
