After graduating from The University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2005, he completed his General and Vascular surgical training in various hospitals throughout Melbourne, and spent a year at Auckland City Hospital. Dr Goh obtained a fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in General Surgery in 2013, followed by a second fellowship in Vascular Surgery in 2017.

Dr Goh welcomes all patients with Vascular disease and can accommodate non-insured patients at The Royal Melbourne and The Northern Hospitals. He regularly attends and presents at both local and international Vascular scientific meetings and has authored several scientific articles and peer-reviewed journal articles.

Dr Goh firmly believes in education and is an active participant in training junior doctors. He has served as an examiner at the inaugural Western Australia Vascular Exam course in 2018 and co-convenor of the Vascular Surgery trainee meeting in Melbourne in the same year.
