Ophthalmology
About
A graduate of Imperial College London with distinction, Mr Gadhvi has over a decade of surgical experience, including five years at Moorfields Eye Hospital, Europe’s largest specialist eye centre. During his tenure at The Royal Liverpool Hospital, he introduced laser-assisted corneal transplantation and laser cross-linking, establishing the hospital as one of the few centres in the UK to offer these advanced treatments.
In addition to his clinical work, Mr Gadhvi serves as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Liverpool, contributing to ophthalmic education and mentoring the next generation of eye specialists. His research interests centre on corneal innovation, and he has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications. Mr Gadhvi is an active lecturer at international conferences and a member of a national clinical working group focused on improving standards of corneal care across the UK.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
