British-trained physiotherapist gained extensive experience working within the NHS and in private practice in the UK and Hong Kong as a women's and pelvic health specialist. Her expertise lies in treating pregnancy-related and pelvic health conditions, showcasing a deep commitment to providing specialized care for women's health needs.
Katy is experienced in treating a full spectrum of pelvic floor conditions, including bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, persistent pelvic pain, and sexual pain. She also provides specialized pre- and post-operative rehabilitation.
Katy has a special interest in assessing and managing pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions. Katy also provides individually tailored preparation programs for birth.
