About Jennifer Low
Jennifer Low is a Registered Dietitian and the founder of JL Nutrition Clinic. She specialises in evidence-based nutritional support for eating disorders & disordered eating, and sustainable behaviour change. She provides personalised care tailored to each individual’s clinical needs, lifestyle and long-term goals. Her clinical practice includes support for eating disorders, food relationship concerns, intuitive eating and general wellbeing. Consultations focus on nutritional assessment, practical dietary strategies and ongoing guidance designed to support realistic and sustainable progress. Jennifer has professional experience across private practice and public health services in the UK and New Zealand. Her multidisciplinary approach is informed by further training in psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), motivational interviewing, Guided Self-Help and body image work. She is a member of the British Dietetic Association and works within an evidence-based, person-centred framework. Her approach focuses on helping individuals build a healthier and more sustainable relationship with food while addressing underlying nutritional and behavioural factors.
