About Dr Jeeu Sze
Dr. Jeeu Sze is an esteemed Consultant in Rheumatology and General Internal Medicine practising in the West Midlands. He serves as the Clinical Governance Lead for Rheumatology at the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and sees private patients in Birmingham. Dr. Sze has expertise in diagnosing and managing a range of conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, gout, pseudogout, juvenile arthritis, Raynaud's phenomenon, fibromyalgia, back pain, osteoporosis, polymyalgia rheumatica, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, sarcoidosis, inflammatory rheumatic diseases, and connective tissue diseases (CTDs) such as Sjogren disease and lupus. He is particularly committed to the early diagnosis of inflammatory arthritis, like gout and rheumatoid arthritis, and ensuring optimal treatment for patients with osteoporosis to prevent fractures. He graduated with a medical degree from the University of Liverpool in 2009 and completed his specialist training in Rheumatology and General Internal Medicine. In 2020, Dr. Sze received a prestigious bursary from the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (formerly the European League Against Rheumatism) in recognition of his commitment to comprehensive patient care. Known for his exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, Dr. Sze is frequently praised by patients and peers alike. He makes sure his patients fully understand their diagnoses and treatment options before commencing therapy. In his leisure time, Dr. Sze enjoys reading, listening to music, and practising Thai boxing.
