About Mr James Sloane
Mr James Sloane is a consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon, qualified in both dentistry and medicine, based in South East England. He has over 22 years of medical experience and over 8 years of experience as a registered consultant in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Nottingham in 2003. Following this, he undertook training in Bristol and subsequently completed his dental degree (BDS). He then became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and undertook a Fellowship focused on facial reconstructive surgery, dental implant surgery and jaw surgery at Royal Melbourne Hospital, Australia. He currently practices as a consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon in the following private hospitals and dental clinics: • The Guildford Maxillofacial Clinic - Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital, Guildford GU2 7RY • Hartog Dental Twyford, Twyford SO21 1PT Mr Sloane is well experienced in several areas of oral and maxillofacial surgery. He typically carries out procedures such as skin cancer treatment and benign skin lesion removal, corrective jaw surgery, dental implant placement and wisdom teeth removal. Mr Sloane's approach to care is gentle and patient-centred, allowing patients to feel relaxed and comfortable during any procedures or treatments they undergo.
