Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen auf traumasensiblem und systemischem Coaching, körperorientierter Psychotherapie sowie der Kombination dieser Ansätze mit klassischer Naturheilkunde. Frau Middendorf absolvierte ihre Ausbildung zur Heilpraktikerin an der renommierten Hufelandschule in Senden und ist Mitglied im Bund deutscher Heilpraktiker.
