Emily Nelson
Physiotherapy
About
Emily has a particular interest in the management of whiplash-associated disorders, hand therapy and climbing-related injuries. She supports patients recovering from acute injuries as well as those managing longer-term or chronic conditions, always tailoring treatment plans to individual goals and functional needs.
Her approach is compassionate, practical and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. Emily is passionate about helping people regain confidence in their bodies and achieve sustainable, long-term results.
Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys climbing and values the mental and physical resilience the sport develops—an understanding she brings into her work with patients returning to activity.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
