Dr. Eiman Hamza Ahmed Elsayed is a dedicated paediatric specialist who began her career in Egypt in 2004 and has since gained valuable experience working in Egypt, Oman, and the UAE. She became a registered and certified user of the Griffiths III Assessment for developmental evaluation and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule 2 (ADOS II) in 2019. Dr. Eiman holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery and a Master's Degree in Pediatrics from Ain Shams University, which she completed in 2010.
Dr. Eiman has a special interest in children with neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD, autism, Down syndrome, developmental delay, intellectual disability, and learning difficulties. Her core competencies encompass the evaluation of paediatric patients from birth to 18 years, with expertise in assessing growth issues such as obesity, short stature, and failure to thrive. She is experienced in managing common paediatric conditions such as urinary tract infections, nocturnal enuresis, gastroenteritis, and Helicobacter pylori infections, as well as conducting general check-ups focused on healthy nutrition.
In addition, Dr. Eiman is skilled in the management of upper respiratory tract infections, allergic rhinitis, asthma, laryngitis, otitis media, bronchitis, and bronchiolitis. She performs developmental assessments using the Griffiths III tool for children with developmental or speech delays and employs the ADOS II for evaluating autism and related disorders. She also utilises DSM-5 criteria to assess ADHD, intellectual disability, and learning difficulties. Dr. Eiman is a member of the Egyptian Doctor Syndicate, ARICD (UK), and ACAMH (USA).
