Dr. Duaa Mustafa graduated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1998 and completed her BDS training in the US at the University of Illinois, Chicago, and Nova University, Miami- Florida. Following her initial dental training, she went on to undertake her specialist training, MClinDent, in Paediatric Dentistry
Dr. Duaa Mustafa continued to add to her academic portfolio and went on to complete her Doctorate of Philosophy, PhD, in London, UK. Having undertaken training in the UK, she is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, MRCS Ed. During her time in the UK she also worked as a Clinical Lecturer/ Honorary SpR at the Department of Paediatric Dentistry, King’s College London.
Dr. Duaa Mustafa is passionate about ongoing research and development in the field of paediatric dentistry. Her thesis for her MSc focused on Dental Disease Indices in Children with Craniosynostosis, and her PhD was a Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial on the Durability of Dental Materials placed in children, this study was carried out jointly between University College London in the UK and Community dental services in the United Arab Emirates; combining the skills and experience she has gained in her work across the two countries.
