Dr Simblett is committed to providing high quality services and places the individual needs or her patients at the heart of all she offers. She sees both adults and elders (over 65+), specialising in stress, anxiety and depression. She also sees individuals with the following conditions:

• Cognitive difficulties
• Chronic impulsivity
• Chronic illness
• Relationship issues
• Impulse control disorders
• Psychosis
She conducts a range of comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and combines a range of psychological models, including: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), trauma-focused cognitive therapy and integrative psychotherapy. Through her work, Dr Simblett strives to help individuals develop a compassionate self-understanding, enabling them to regain purpose and meaning.
