Mr. Adam's journey in medicine began at the University of Edinburgh, where he studied medicine and received a doctorate in vascular surgery research. In 2004, he was appointed as a Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon in Birmingham, where he established the Birmingham Complex Endovascular Aortic Service and serves as a European mentor for the minimally-invasive management of complex aortic aneurysms.
Mr. Adam has published extensively on the management of varicose veins and aortic aneurysms in peer-reviewed medical journals. He is a council member of the Vascular Society of Great Britain and Ireland (VSGBI) and a member of the British Society of Endovascular Therapy (BSET).
