About Mr David Payne
Mr David Payne is a Consultant Urological Surgeon based in Northamptonshire with extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of urological conditions. His practice covers both cancerous and benign diseases of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. He specialises in the treatment of urological cancers, benign prostate disease, kidney conditions, kidney stones, urinary tract infections, and disorders affecting the foreskin, penis and scrotum. Mr Payne holds a BSc with Honours and completed his medical degree (MB ChB), later earning an MD with Honours. He serves as Consultant Urological Surgeon at Kettering General Hospital, where he also holds key leadership roles as Clinical Lead for Urology and Surgical Clinical Director. Mr Payne has a strong interest in minimally invasive surgical techniques, including laparoscopy and endourology.
