About
Brian believes that the most crucial aspect of the therapeutic process is creating a safe environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their inner worlds and challenges. His areas of interest are diverse, covering marriage, relationships, intimacy, conflict resolution, and mediation. He is particularly dedicated to men's work, including working with adolescent boys, guiding male initiation, and addressing the unique challenges men face.
Brian is also experienced in assisting clients struggling with addictions, grief, and trauma, as well as providing support for stress management. His expertise extends to career counselling and coaching, helping individuals navigate life transitions and develop resilience. Through his integrative approach, Brian aims to support clients in finding healing, growth, and a deeper understanding of their life's journey.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
