In 2024, Dr. Fidock was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and the Australian Orthopaedic Association (FAOrthA). He also undertook a postgraduate fellowship in Robotic Hip and Knee Arthroplasty at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside and The Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane.
Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Fidock enjoys teaching junior colleagues and registrars and has held Clinical Associate Lecturer positions at the University of New South Wales, the University of Newcastle, and most recently the University of Adelaide. In July 2024, he appeared on the Aussie Med Ed Podcast, where he discussed the orthopaedic training pathway in Australia.
