Dr. Behrooz Salehi ist Facharzt für Allgemeinchirurgie. Sein Medizinstudium begann er 1986 in Pecs, Ungarn, welches er 1993 abschloss. Als eine der ältesten Universitäten Europas ermöglichte ihm die "medizinische Universität Pecs" eine umfangreiche Ausbildung und den Beginn seiner chirurgischen Laufbahn.
Im April 1994 avancierte er zum Facharzt der Chirurgie an der Universitätsklinik in Graz. Mehrere Auslandsaufenthalte zum Zwecke der Weiterbildung folgten (Kliniken in Hamburg, Großbritannien, ...). Diese Auslandsaufenthalte ermöglichten ihm das Erlernen mehrere Sprachen: Persisch, Englisch, Türkisch, Ungarisch und Deutsch. Von Oktober 2006 bis Oktober 2013 betreute Dr. Salehi als Oberarzt im Krankenhaus der Barmherzigen Brüder Wien seine PatientInnen mit großem Einsatz und Freude Von November 2013 bis Dezember 2016 war er als Oberarzt im Herz-Jesu Krankenhaus tätig. Seit 2017 steht er seinen Patientinnen als Oberarzt im Krankenhaus der Barmherzigen Schwestern zur Verfügung.
Um sich seinen PatientInnen noch intensiver, individueller und persönlicher zuwenden zu können, hat er ein medizinisches Zentrum im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk eröffnet.
Mit dem MEDICUM hat Dr. Salehi für seine PatientInnen in den letzten Jahren ein nach neuesten medizinischen und organisatorischen Gesichtspunkten ausgestattetes medizinisches Zentrum errichtet. Viele Eingriffe können gleich an Ort und Stelle vornehmen.
Gemeinsam mit einem Team internationaler Ärztinnen und Ärzte steht er Ihnen gerne für Sie mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Besonders wichtig ist ihm dabei der Vorsorgegedanke. Das frühzeitige Erkennen von Erkrankungen geht mit einer hohen Wahrscheinlichkeit der vollständigen Heilung Hand in Hand.
