Ihren beruflichen Werdegang begann Frau Erfurt im Bereich der Geologie. Hierbei eignete sie sich naturwissenschaftliches Denken und Arbeiten an und lernte, komplexe Prozesse zu verstehen. Die Faszination, aus verschiedenen Informationen ein Gesamtbild zu erstellen, begleitet sie bis heute.
Während eines längeren Aufenthalts in den USA kam Frau Erfurt mit schamanischen Traditionen und Arbeitsweisen in Berührung. Diese Begegnung erweiterte ihr Weltbild und sie begann, sich intensiv mit Schamanismus auseinanderzusetzen. Parallel dazu begleitete sie die Naturheilkunde, die sie schließlich durch eine Ausbildung zur Heilpraktikerin und verschiedenen Therapieausbildungen professionalisierte.
Ihr Wissensdurst und ihre Leidenschaft für ganzheitliche Gesundheit treiben Frau Erfurt bis heute an, sich kontinuierlich fortzubilden.
