I’m an accredited psychotherapist supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I offer a warm, respectful space where you can explore what’s going on for you—whether that’s whether that’s identity, self-esteem, body image, or life changes.
I have particular experience working with neurodivergent individuals and members of the trans community, and I’m committed to providing an inclusive, affirming environment where you feel understood and supported.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked as a Special Needs Assistant and Social Care Worker, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and their families. This experience continues to shape how I understand and support people at different stages of life.
In my practice, I support people who may be struggling with their relationship with themselves—whether that shows up as self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty with self-acceptance.
