He is also an examiner for the Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) and serves as faculty on surgical courses for the Royal College of Surgeons of England, including START and CCrISP. At the Royal Free Hospital, he is a course director for surgical training.
He speaks English, Arabic and French.
