Dr Alice Thomas
General Practice (GP)
About
In 2010, Alice moved to Sydney, Australia, to further her professional experience. There, she discovered a deep passion for women's health, particularly in managing the menopause, while working in a bustling family practice. This experience ignited her commitment to providing comprehensive care to women during the perimenopause and menopause stages.
In 2013, Alice returned to the UK and settled in North Somerset. She continued her work as a menopause doctor while also taking on the role of a mental health assessor. Alice is dedicated to offering evidence-based and personalised advice to her patients, understanding the importance of lifestyle factors in managing menopause symptoms. She approaches her practice with empathy and support, aiming to empower women through education and guidance during this significant life transition.
Outside of her professional life, Alice finds balance through nature and spending quality time with her family, ensuring she maintains a well-rounded perspective on health and well-being.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
