Mr Adam Hewitt
About
Adam participated in a variety of sports from athletics, rugby, judo and football – all at county level – before coaching and then studying for an Honours degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Having graduated in 2007, he then went on to train high performance tennis players at a top tennis academy in Surrey, working closely with physiotherapists and tennis coaches.
Adam has been passionate about continuous professional development throughout his career and following his initial degree he went on to complete a Masters in Strength and Conditioning at Middlesex University in 2013 graduating with Merit, whilst also working full time at a Tennis Academy.
Clinical exercise prescription and rehabilitation at at the heart of Adams day-to-day work. Before joining the Ten team in 2017, he managed a rehabilitation company on Harley Street specialising in cancer and cardiac care, and so has a broad range of experience in all types of rehabilitation.
Adam loves corrective functional exercise, and is a strong believer in the importance of functional fitness.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
