Dr. Labban is a renowned Hematologist and Medical Oncologist with more than 6 years of experience in his field. He earned his MBBS, MD and DM (Hematology and Medical Oncology) Degrees in Beirut, Lebanon. Dr. Labban then went on with further Sub-Specialized training in Medical Oncology in Brussels, Belgium (Clinique Universities Saint Luc, Institute Roi Albert II) which the biggest and Most advanced Oncology Center in Belgium and a referral Oncology Center for challenging Oncology Cases from Belgium and Europe. Over the course of his training and career, Dr. Labban has handled all kinds of Oncology and Hematology cases with great attention and using a multidisciplinary approach for the management of Solid Tumors and Hematological Malignancies. He takes special care in creating a comfortable environment and a specialized support plan to improve overall patient experience. During his training and career, Dr. Labban has gained great experience in administering Chemotherapy Drugs and different kinds of Advanced Agents including Targeted Therapies, Immunotherapies and Immune Check-Point Inhibitors. He also received special training in Physician/Patient interaction from the US; Good Clinical Practice Certificate from the UK; Clinical Trial design and planning Certificate from Turkey; Pain management Certificate from Lebanon; and Supportive Care, planning of treatment protocols, prevention and management of treatment side effects from Belgium. He was also involved in many important clinical trials and has attended many International meetings and conferences.
